Canggu nightlife, measured since July
We have been taking live crowd readings at Canggu venues since July. This page says when they are busy, not just where they are.
Our readings show Canggu's beach clubs filling up through the day: about 43 % full at 2 pm and about 60 % at 8 pm (average across five beach clubs, 73 nights since July). Percentages are each venue's share of its own busiest level, not a head count. Google's own typical-day curve for the same venues points the same way.
A second pattern: at 2 pm, Canggu's beach clubs were fuller on Sundays than on Saturdays — about 57 % against about 47 %, across 14 Sundays and 14 Saturdays. Why, we do not know. Fourteen weekends of dry season is a small sample, so treat it as a first reading, not a rule.
Below are the Canggu venues we track, with live readings where we have them: 18 of the 24 are measured so far. How often and at what times we measure depends on the kind of venue.

How we measure
Readings are taken at set times between noon and 1 am; which times depends on the kind of venue and the day, and not every day is complete. Percentages are each venue's share of its own busiest level, not a head count. A venue without a reading above has none from the last seven days.
